Cross Cultural Communication Trainings
The Link offers customized Cross Cultural Communication Trainings for executives, international workers, their spouses and their families who are relocating to Poland or traveling to Poland for short-term visits.
Our Cross Cultural Communication Trainings are also aimed at Polish employees working in foreign-owned companies. Our trainings are designed to facilitate strong work relationships and to create awareness of cross cultural differences in the workplace.
Cross Cultural Communication Trainings can be conducted for a group of people or they can take the form of personal coaching through the necessary cultural transition. In either case they will consist of two stages: an initial program lasting up to three days immediately upon arrival in Poland, and a follow-up after approximately one month's stay in the culture, at which point many new issues appear requiring clarification and further information.
